should i tell the colleges an update on a submitted app???

<p>Ok guys, i have already sent in Yale (deferred), Harvard, Princeton, and 4 UCs. I just found out a week ago that i have been named tennis team captain of the upcoming season (tennis is in the spring). Is this important enough that i would contact the colleges to tell them about it? If so, how should i do it?</p>
