Should I transfer from Pitt to CMU?

Hi everyone!
I am an international graduate student at Pitt and I'm in my first semester of MS in Electrical Engineering. I was thinking of transferring to CMU next semester, just because it's ranked much higher than Pitt and I thought I may get better opportunities there. Can you please advise me if this is a good idea?
Also, my scores are:
Current GPA: Probably 4.0 (12/30 Credits)
GRE: 125/140 (68/70 in Math and 57/70 in English)
TOEFL: 117/120
Do I have a good chance of getting in?
Any help will be really appreciated.
Thanks.

But if you want to transfer as a grad student, you have to apply as if you are applying to grad school all over again? Why don’t you finish your masters and go for the PHD?

I’m not sure that I have to start all over again…I thought I may be able to transfer my credits and continue from the 2nd or 3rd Semester…and I’m not planning to do a PHD…i wanna do an MBA after working for a few years and I thought I’ll get a better job if I graduate from CMU than from Pitt…
