Should I transfer from UF TO UCF?

I currently am a Pace student at uf doing computer science. Pace program requires a uf student to do first 60 credits online and the rest on campus. This is my first semester and I do not like the program and online classes but I have good grades in them. Another restriction is that pace students at uf can not change majors to non pace uf majors such as marketing, information systems. I was accepted at UCF but I chose uf because of “prestige”. My main concern is the pace program at uf restricts me from having the freedom to change majors if I would like to in future. So should I transfer to ucf? How is the cs department at ucf and how are the professors? I would like to know people’s experience.
