Should I transfer to UCLA? (insight and opinions needed)

I am a 2nd year student attending UCR
Before answering, I want to get the notion out that UCR is not a bad school. I used to be one of the many people that thought UCRejects was the worst school and the scum of all the UC's. However, going here, I realize that, besides the horrible reputation, UCR is just like any UC's. Nevertheless, I am focusing on going pharmacy school and my dream school is UCSF. However, I got accepted as an UCLA transfer. The reason was because I wanted to see if going to UCLA would benefit me in the long term.

The problem is that during my undergrad at UCR by my 2nd year, I have obtained research on stem cells, a pharmacy peer mentor position, honors program, a club position in a pharmacy club, work-study in the chemistry labs, and I have many other opportunities that are coming along nicely. Yet if I were to transfer to UCLA, I would have a fresh start, yet I would graduate with a degree at what can I say UCLA, but the cons are that the competition is going to be intense and I may not achieve what I had accomplish at UCR and my GPA would not stay as stellar. My main concern is the long term benefit of reaching my goal: UCSF pharmacy. I understand one should not focus on just one pharmacy school since it is hard to even be accepted into a pharmacy school. I just want to know what would be the best choice to follow: to stay in UCR or start fresh to UCLA?

(Does Prestige matter when applying to UCSF) honest answer please :( i know many admissions officers say prestige doesn't matter but does the complete opposite when its time to make a decision.

I'm stuck in a rut. I really like both schools, UCR has given me an opportunity to do undo my mistakes in high school, but UCLA is a school of achievement and is a school that is once in a lifetime to attend (since UCLA does not have a pharmacy school or program). :'(

tl;dr
I have many activites going on and have a decent GPA at UCR, but should I transfer to UCLA? My dream is to get into UCSF pharmacy program and I want to know which path is the best route to achieve my goal?

Visit UCLA and see if you’ll like it.

I do not recommend you transfer. I also transferred to UCLA from UCR and my GPA went from a 3.81 to a 3.56. My UCLA GPA is a 3.1 fyi, the 3.56 is cumulative. PM me if you want more details.

Prestige now or prestige later.
