I'm currently at McGill University's Desautels faculty of management and have a transfer offer to Cornell's ILR school. I really love it here at McGill but I feel that Cornell is such a good opportunity and it's hard to pass up. The curriculum looks like a great match and I love that the school is small enough that you get individual attention from career services. My question is do you think it's worth it to transfer? I'm worried about not making the proper American connections as I am from the Boston area and plan to live in the US after graduation. Also, McGill's career services are very impersonal and they don't offer the same internship And networking opportunities as Cornell. Would it be a mistake to transfer and risk being less happy?
