According to CollegeData.com, there is no reported AVG GPA.
But according to the class of 2001 profile, it goes like 3.7uw/4.12w
Is this accurate?

I don't know if I should make some last minute changes to my college list and drop WFU because I never realized applicants had stellar gpa's.
I have around a 3.4 - 3.5 (uw). Not sure about (W), but not that great either.

What do you think? Is it even worth applying to WFU?
I know things like ECs, recs, essays, and SAT score can help admissions. But here i'm just looking at GPA-wise. Is it worth applying? Is my GPA already too low for WFU?

S/D are both applying to Wake and we have one very good friend whose son is now a Senior at Wake and loves it. Your unweighted GPA should probably be fine as long as your scores are in line. BTW, being a Ca. resident and Asian should be a PLUS since Wake is trying to diversify it's student body. Another dear friend of ours from the NorCal area had planned to apply to WFU and got the sense that a Cal. applicant (within range) was attractive to the school. Good luck at becoming a Demon Deak!

I think you should give it a whirl and apply. I think with some solid essays and ECs, your GPA won't be a death sentence. Living in the same city as Wake, it has a reputation for being a Southern WASP school, so I think the admissions office would see you as an asset for improving the school's diversity.
