My SAT super score is 1810 [M:520, CR:700, W:590] my ACT is a 26 [E 26, M 24, R 31, S 23] .

I will be taking the SAT again in November but if I do not raise my score which should I send in? Can I send both?

Are you a in-state applicant or an out of state? Either way I would say send your SAT. Math is kinda low though.

In-state, I know :(

You can send both but I’d send SAT.

Even with your low math score (mine is only slightly higher) your CR+M=1220. Your ACT score corresponds with an 1190.

I made a 500 the first time in math and a 560 my second time. Look on the college board and see what type of questions you miss the most of (Geometry or whatever) and focus there, that’s what I’m doing.

Send both. Though your composite ACT is a little lower, (equivilent to 1785) and your reading is slightly higher on the SAT, (ACT is equivalent to a 690), your math is higher on the ACT, (apx. a 555). Your ACT writing is about the same as the SAT, (equivilent to a 595). It’s always best to send both when you have some sections higher in each. They will consider your highest scores. You would be doing yourself a disservice to only send one test.
