Should I use my free score reports?

<p>I took the December SAT and I dont know if I should use my 4 free score reports that come with the registration or just wait for the score then send. I could save $40 by sending them now. I'm also not sure if I should send them to the 2 colleges where I have already applied to since I don't think they have reviewed my application yet. However, the scores are released in 8 days and by that time my applications might already have been reviewed. I guess it can't hurt though since its free and may increase my chance of acceptance? or is it better to be safe and see if my score increased before sending?</p>

<p>If you were taking the SAT again, and the college specifically states it will accept scores even after they are automatically sent from December, then you should wait. However, if this was either your first time or the college wants them right away (just e-mail to make sure), you should probably use the free report - generally schools view your highest section scores so it shouldn’t matter too much.</p>
