Should I verify my essay score?

jus2234,

Thanks for reply. I tried, but still same issue. I cant see Essay score.

The point is that only if there was an obvious scanning error, you then think about verification. It’s not satisfying indeed.

I don’t think an illegible essay can receive a score of 6 instead of 0…
That’s the problem. Can’t be a scanning error.

@CitadelSummer
One possibility is that the scanning is partially blurred…

I kept thinking about why I got a 6 but can’t find a convincing reason. It’s indeed weird.

Me too.
Btw, how did u use 1 example to cover up the 2 pages?

The fact is, I was about finishing my first example at 1.5 pages. I suddenly realized that I didn’t have enough space for an extra example and endding. So I extended the first for a little and wrote a longer endding covering around 4 lines.

I’ve lost hope cuz I believe TCB will find out while scoring if there was a scanning error…

Hope miracles can happen…
Wondering if college AOs can see the essay score of the SAT or if they can only see total scores. It will really look bad if such a down drop of essay score is observed.

lol
They can see the essays!
Cheer up cuz we have another chance
btw R U a 2013er?

I’m applying this fall.
Sad for me, June was the third SAT…
Yet my highest was in Janurary 2230, superscore 2290
Do you think I should retake?

Retake or not depends on your dream school…
&I don’t think you should submit your June score because of the poor essay…
