Should I wait until I take the ACT again to apply

I took the ACTs in April and got a 30 (33M 33S 29E 25R)

My SAT score was 2050 (800M 540W 710W)

I took the SAT 3 times already. This was my best sitting ^^^^

Only took the ACT once. I want to take it again at the beginning of my senior year.

My question is should I apply to schools now or should I wait to get my scores back?

It depends on the school that you are gonna apply to.

University of Pittsburgh
Penn State
Carnegie Mellon
Marietta
UT Austin
Texas A&M
V Tech
LSU

All for engineering. … petroleum for those who offer it. What does it depend on?

Oh, I mean the school’s ACT range and SAT range.
For example, Penn state’s ACT comp range is 25-29
[Penn State University Admissions: SAT Scores, Financial Aid & More](Penn State University: Acceptance Rate, SAT/ACT Scores, GPA)

So, as long as your ACT score is above the range score, I think you can just apply now.
But for Carnegie Mellon, you may wanna retake the ACT to increase your chance

Most schools have EA deadline on November 1. There is no advantage to submit the application now. It would be better to spend more time to prepare for application and write essays. By the EA deadline, the next ACT score should be out.
The real question is can you improve your ACT score? It seems you are reaching your plateau as your best SAT score is virtually the same as your current ACT score. I would suggest you to do more practice tests to see if it is worth to retake ACT.

Well I scored a 30 on the ACT with no prep. My SAT score was on my 3rd try. I think that shows that the ACT is better for me considering I am better at math and science. On the ACT science and math take up half the test while on the sat math only takes up a third. Hence why I think I will be able to increase my ACT score to atleast a 32 with prep

Increasing 2 points on the ACT can be hard…
Assuming you get 36s on math and science, you still have to get 28s on English and reading…
But I think you can do it if you study
