Should juniors send SAT subject test scores to colleges?

I am going to take SAT subject tests as a junior recently. Should I choose to send my scores to colleges? I don't really have any dream colleges now. But since it's free, should I still send them to colleges that I am interested in or should I wait till next year when I apply to colleges? (assume that my scores are competitive enough)

And collegeboard says sending scores to colleges early shows your interest in those schools, but does that apply to juniors like me, who are sending their scores a year earlier?

I have been sending mine. I don’t see any real harm in it. All the schools I spoke to have indicated that they only look at the highest submission or super score.
