Should my son address “No Mark” on his transcript in Common App?

S24 needed to drop Calculus course in 10th grade but was delayed by a couple of days in dropping it. By then, the add-drop period deadline was gone. The school reported that course as NM (No Mark). Since, the deadline had passed, he couldn’t switch to Pre-calc class and ended up taking it out of district. Is this significant enough to be mentioned in the common app somewhere? Or schools don’t care about this?

Thank you for your help.

I see no reason to mention it at all. He took the class. Also, no need to mention things that bring negative attention to an application.
