<p>Well, the deadline for fall term is February 1, so any time before then should be accepted.</p>
<p>However, UW practices rolling admissions, so the sooner you get your application in the sooner you’ll get a decision.</p>
<p>The earlier the better with rolling admissions- only the stellar students (ie literally top scores/grades) may safely delay, you don’t want to wait and be put on hold later on when they are saving spots for those students. As above, the sooner you apply the sooner you know- any deposits for Res Halls (they usually require a signed contract around 2 weeks after you’re accepted if you want the dorms, they’ll send you materials) and such will be refundable if you notify them in writing.</p>
