i took ap bio test today. everything was great cept the fact that we started at 7:55 instead of 8am. the booklet said the test must be administered between 8 and 9. Technically the proctor made a mistake. this is due to the fact that everyone in the room quickly bubbled in the information and followed directions well. thus five minutes to 8, the proctor said go.

personally the test was easy. expecting a 5.

but others noticed the time and want to invalidate it. lol

The purpose of giving the tests at the same time is to keep people from texting answers, questions, etc. to friends; hence why cell phones are taken away, and the times are staggered so that John P. in Portland Maine can't text Suzie Q. in Fairbanks the FRQ's. Since starting the test five minutes early did not possibly enable you to do any of this, morally, there is more fault in invalidating a test than if you just let this slide.

They won't make you retake it for starting it early even if the guy in your class does call CB. CB might have something to say to your test admin but they won't make you retake it b/c by starting early it basically ensures that your had no prior knowledge of questions bc no one else had started yet.
I think they would only make you retake it if you started late bc then you could have somehow gotten the questions from people who started on time.
