<p>what i didn't realize is that the hrs may confuse the adcoms</p>
<p>I didn't start this activity until second semester of my freshman yr. but i checked the box for9th grade anyway.</p>
<p>so this way if you calculate my hours, i would get like 40 more hrs.</p>
<p>what should i do?</p>

<p>I don't really think they do much calculation UNLESS you have a crazy amount of stuff. Don't worry about it. You started it sometime in freshman year? It's fine to check it. I really doubt they calculate how many hours total you've spent doing something.</p>
<p>^^^ Does 36 hrs/wk max count as too much? I have about 24 hrs/wk until the last 3 months of school when tennis season starts.</p>
<p>ok good to hear. just hope the adcom knows that 9th grade doesn't mean i started the activity first day of 9th grade, it was the second semester.</p>
