It would be so much more instructive for budgeting if the available completion data was framed in terms of “semesters attended to completion of degree”, as opposed to “years from starting to finishing”.

<p>Yes, I agree that “8 semester graduation rate” (or “12 quarter graduation rate” for quarter system schools) is more useful data than “4 year graduation rate” for most purposes.</p>
