should we buy all of our stuff before or after orientation?

<p>That list is…interesting. I agree with most of it, but hardly anyone I knew had their own printer. Or an ironing board. Most people don’t bother to bring a dead tree dictionary or thesaurus, they just look words up online.</p>

<p>And I’ve never seen <em>anybody</em> use a high school yearbook as a “conversation piece” (seriously, people have better things to talk about than HIGH SCHOOL). For that matter, I don’t recall anybody bringing a high school yearbook.</p>

<p>I love how they list a VCR. We’re rapidly approaching the point where the entering freshmen won’t EVER have used VCRs.</p>

<p>Who bothers to wear flip-flops in the shower?</p>
