Should women be eligible for a future draft?

<p>A contract that is signed under duress or coercion. And is NOT legally enforceable in court. If you’re going to treat it as a matter of contract law, then yes, it’s an unenforceable, forcibly agreed upon contract, that will NOT hold up in court.

<p>So it was brought up that a Drivers’ License is also along the same lines as the draft… Does that mean that you were also forcibly agreed into contract that you would obey motor vehicle laws?</p>

<p>I don’t want a draft. I don’t think a draft is the best solution for most incidents. HOWEVER if there is a draft, YES women should be eligible for the draft. They expect to be able to be a government official, a law enforcement officer, possibly the President!! But they don’t have to join the military in a TIME OF NEED???</p>
