I simply pointed out the fact that contracts are a matter of civil law, and thus the consequence for registering for selective service and then not showing up when there is a draft is getting sued in civil court, not prison. Last I looked, breach of contract isn’t even a crime that can be litigated in criminal court.</p>
<p>The contract of selective service brings up the issue of RIGHTS. Driving was long understood as a privilege.</p>
