Should you buy as many AP review books or borrow them from the library?

I really want like all of the best review books for each subject because I like to refer to different sources to help me understand/memorize concepts and such. Should I borrow these items from the library or just buy them all and not have to worry about someone else holding it? I'm afraid that I will just be wastin my money though...

What are the best review books for:

AP Calculus AB/BC

AP Environmental Science

?? Thanks.

calc = Arco (Peterson's)
Enviro = Smarty pant's guide

the library might not have up to date prep books (my library has SAT prep books that are 5 years old).....nonetheless, it would be a good idea to check with the library, it would save you a lot of money. Good luck in your endeavors

I am sorry i am going to have to disagree with you. I think princetons for calc is very good. Once you read the test over and over again and really graps the concepts you will be one of the best in calc and get a 5.

I think it's good to buy them, the books might come in handy in college for quick review of subjects or even for SAT subject test. idk I like to actually "own" books (I have like 15 review books =D )
use barrons for Environmental

The thing is if you buy them you can write in them (on practice questions and such). You could also just use separate paper. Depends on how much money you feel like spending.

If u can afford buying, buy

borrow first- check them all out...
buy the best one used on amazon
borrow the rest when you need to test yourself....

thats what I do ...

borrow. or, buy and then study for a day, then return. repeat latter step until satisfied. 8)
