Should you disclose disability to employer after accepting job offer

Should u disclose the disability to employer who hired you...I'm given EEO( Equal Employment Opportunity) forms..should i disclose my hearing disability?

Will it be a serious issue if i dont disclose?

nybody ther to answer my question …

No one knows the answer to your question but you. How serious is your hearing problem? Will you need accommodations? If so, you will need to disclose and ask.

If you’ll need accommodations, you need to let your employer know. You also can get advice from your state’s office of disability services.
