Shouldn't we all just put "Black"?

If all humans descended from people in Africa, aren't we all African?

I'm not trying to get a "leg up" on applications, so don't go on and on about morality (which is bull), but if I put "Black" on my applications and colleges see me (white, blonde, blue-eyed) it's not like they can be huge a-holes and tell me I'm not African.

You can’t be serious.

i like your thinking.

I’m not even sure what to respond to this…

No matter what, this is called gaming the admissions process and is most likely going to get you rescinded/blacklisted if colleges find out you lied about something as significant as your own race on your application. They really value honesty and integrity (that’s why there’s a separate box for it on counselor and teacher recommendations).

If you subscribe to the theory that as organisms we came from comets that hit the earth, you could check “other” and write “I am from outer space”

^ +1 to that :D

^ lol

OP: I dare you to do that with all your applications.

And don’t tell us not to judge the morality of your question when you absolutely know that it’s a veiled slam against what you perceive are injustices based on the self-reporting of applicants. Puh-leez

I guess this was supposed to funny?
