So, I'm actually applying ED to cal poly san luis obispo. application deadline Oct 31.

I havn't sent in my scores yet, even though I took it in June.

Do they have to be in by the time of the application deadline (4 days?)

So, should I spend the extra $27 and rush ship it tomorrow? Or should I do the regular shipping when I send it in tomorrow and everything will be good, and they don't need it by the actually application deadline.

im confused..

Just making sure. Please respond if you know, thanks!

Check with collegeboard to see if cal poly san luis obispo uses electronic mailing for SAT/ACT scores. Most schools are, however, I know Stanford does not accept electronic mailing for SAT/ACT scores. It should take only 2 to 3 days for collegeboard to process if cal poly san luis obispo accepts electronic mailing. Don’t waste your $27.00 if school does accept electronic mailing.

My DD sent her SAT and ACT scores last Sunday to some of her colleges, they all received her scores two days later. So I think you still have plenty of time, but if I were you, I would not delay any longer.

kk thanks. maybe i was confused. it said electronnically it would take 1-2 business weeks, while rushed would be 1-2 days, but its electronically… ill look into the website more, maybe i read it wrong.

To sk8mom, I called the Stanford Office of Undergraduate Admission Yesterday and they informed me that they do accept rushed scores. The lady at the office may have been misinformed, but according to her there is no problem with rushing your scores the Stanford.

When you order score reports, on the final page, before you click the final “send scores,” it’ll inform you whether the school accepts electronic or snail mail.
