<p>The water pressure is extremely strong. Much stronger than mine at home.. and the water is of course hot enough. It won't get hot enough to scald you if that's what you're into, though =P</p>

<p>..and while we're on the subject of showers, the shower stalls are decent. Most showers are like this
|Shower|Curtain|Changing Room|Door|
It doesn't feel awkward at all nor does it feel like an invasion of privacy. That was my number one fear of dorm life..the communal showers =P</p>

<p>actually, everyone is speaking lies. Here at Davis, showering consists of 20 of us standing naked together under a few trickling streams of cold water. Out here in the farmlands, we can't be bothered much with newfangled technological concepts such as good plumbing ;-)</p>

<p>One guy who came to speak about drug-use at my school said that he knew a boy who ended up committing suicide in prison because he was raped every day.</p>
