I got deferred to regular decision, and I want to show that I really like UoR and would go if I were admitted. ED ii wasn’t really an option and I can’t fly out to visit. Any ideas?
Write the Admissions rep a letter explaining your situation, Tell them why you want to go to UR (site specific things that you’ve researched from the website). Keep them updated with any additional accomplishments, etc.
