Dear fellow readers,
I was talking to some people on the forums and was wondering how do you show passion in your volunteer service/ ECs in your application. I do have a lot of passion in what I do, but my clitch is that I do not know how to show it. Can people give me some advice plz?

Write down all of the service projects that you've done. If you are passionate they should be a sizeable chunk of your time.

Otherwise, write on of your supplemental essays about it. 'What is your most important/significant activity'.

If you have a passion you will naturally have a lot of involvement in it and you will want to write your essays about it.

Well since colleges want you to know your life plan before the age of 10, normally its too late to ask that. (slight sarcasm but general point is true)

I'd say join clubs that follow the passion your're trying to convey, or found a club, take college courses in it at the local public/community college, enter competitions about the passion, convey to your teachers and counseler why your passionate about it (so they'll mention it in their recs.) and then the finale is to write passionatly about it in your own essay
