<p>^ I agree that they have a clunky on-line interface, but I survived over the past several years.</p>
<p>The interface has actually improved a little bit. Several years ago, it always took multiple trials before I could successfully activate the “Yale Student” discount option and then selected the Phelps Gate as the destination!</p>
