<p>Haha I’m only a shy girl at first, so If I know a guy and like him then I’ll talk to him :] and I alternate my direction towards him instead of away from him.</p>

<p>Actually I’d saw that sh’d probably stare you straight in the eye, and gaze out you constantly. Otherwise how else would you know if were merely just another guy, or one she actually had an intense predilection for? Also, the typical stuff like laughing at your lame, bad, trying-way-too-hard jokes and whatnot.</p>
<p>He liked me to begin with. So before I liked him (but while he liked me) I would give him a lot of eye contact. But now that I like him, it’s hard to look at him.</p>

<p>So what do you think if a girl who isn’t shy is being kind of shy around me?</p>
<p>She isn’t shy when she’s around me and talking to other people, but she seems shy when I talk to her, or when she occasionally says something to me. Might this mean she likes me?</p>
<p>Or could it mean that she thinks I like her because I’ve initiated a fair number of conversations with her, and she’s not interested, so she doesn’t want to lead me on at all.</p>
<p>Now here’s the kicker that really got me excited: someone said they heard we were dating. I sat with her at a basketball game and talk to her a little bit at practice, but that is really the extent of our relationship. What could this mean?</p>
<p>The gossip should be disregarded. People say “OMG THEY’RE DATING” when they see any two members of the opposite sex together at a social event.</p>
<p>If the girl is like me, then that would mean she’s into you.</p>
<p>There are some others guy I know that like me but I don’t like them back. I just act cool and normal around them, not shy. There should be no nervousness if you are around someone you don’t like more than a friend. I only act shy around the person I like, because I’m nervous because I don’t want to make any lame mistakes.</p>
