Sibling Legacy Effect on ED - Chance Me

I applied ED this year to NU SESP with:

ACT score: 33C
WGPA: 3.78 (very low but an upward trend since my freshman year W GPA was a 3.56; I also attend a small private school with rigorous curriculum whose GPAs are considered differently than most local public schools)
ECs: president of statewide youth group, caption of bhangra (indian) dance team, internship with governor of my state, president of Animal Awareness Club, varsity volleyball, and some other minor activities
Hooks: sibling legacy (brother is currently a sophomore at NU)

My ACT score is in the middle 50% of NU students, my GPA is much lower than most accepted NU students but not unheard of, and my EC’s are excellent, but my main question is will sibling legacy and strong EC’s be enough to make up for my extremely low GPA?

Thanks!

I’m in your same situation boost hope that someone can respond

Most colleges that consider legacy only do so for parents, not siblings. Legacy will give you a bump but will not make up for substandard stets.
