Siblings, Step-Parents, and Biological Parents

Hi, I’m trying to fill out the family section of the Common App and I have some technical questions:

  1. I live with my mom and my step-dad. However, for the parents section of the Common App (I know there’s a step-parents section), do I put my biological father as Parent 2? I’ve only met him once and we have no relationship, we don’t even live in the same state. He is not in contact with me or my mom, so would I still put him as Parent 2? Or would I say that I don’t have a Parent 2?
  2. In the siblings section, does this only refer to the siblings I live with? Because I have 4 siblings but only 1 lives in the household.
