<p>This might be a stupid question, but do you need laboratory work/research for the Siemens competition? There aren't many labs in my area, and practically all of them are full for the summer. :/</p>
<p>No you don’t. You don’t even need an advisor, so it’s entirely possible to do your project at home. Just keep in mind that your competition may have access to labs, advisors, etc. so don’t expect to win with a DIY fertilizer project.</p>
