<p>Thanks for posting this mathmom! It's a unique and wonderfully varied list.</p>
<p>Maybe other colleges will follow suit if more and more students raise questions during their college tours...its encouraging to see this many, and varied schools employing green methods of conservation/organic foods for their student body!</p>
<p>of course, one downside is that it raises the cost of the attendance. Maybe not a big deal for full payers, but for those on 33% on Pell Grants, work study and family loans, is the UC really doing them any favors?</p>

<p>Has been for several years. They made the commitment to keep it "Big Ten", even though there are eleven. Go figure.</p>
