Signature Form Required?

<p>Hey all</p>

<p>On the online application, when you log out it says “if you submitted part one online, be sure to print out, sign, and mail in the signature form”. So I printed it out and it says “2003 admissions application signature form” and then farther down the page it says "i will complete the required college board tests before december 2001 . . . " </p>

<p>Has this just not been updated on the “apply yourself” site, meaning that this form is not really necessary??</p>

<p>Any ideas?</p>
