Signed Tax Forms?

<p>Sorry, to keep asking inane questions, but since the IDOC for the CSS Profile asks for signed tax forms from my parent, I have question about that. My mom gets her taxes done by an accountant and the forms say "For Info Only-Do not file" so do I have to obtain a signed copy from the accountant or would those forms suffice?</p>

<p>I would use those and have your parents sign them. The alternative is making a copy of the official signed version.</p>
