signed up for 2 SAT subject tests, can i take only 1?

I signed up for 2 SAT subject tests, can i take only 1?

How will the score reports that get sent to colleges look like?

I signed up for chem and physics but not really confident for physics, so thinking about not taking it.

Thx

Yea you can take one. I don't think it will show up on transcript if you don't take it at all. In june, I registered for Math and Chemistry. I was not very confident with math so on the day of the test I asked the teacher if I could not take it. She said yea..or what you could do is take it anyways and tell the teacher to throw it in the garbage at the end of the test which you can do..that will cancel your scores. But you won't get your money back though.

yeah, you can just take whatever you want when it comes to subject tests.

just make sure you don't START one, stop, and erase, because that's an automatic cancellation for both tests (can't cancel ONE of the two tests if you start both!!!!) So make a decision before you actually begin testing.

I believe the protocol would be to pretend you're only taking one subject test instead of two (i.e. Physics is no where to be found on your answer sheet), except you won't get your money back. You can ask your proctor tomorrow to be really sure.
