Throughout my past 6 semesters, I maintained an UW GPA of 3.57-3.67 but I’m now ending my first semester of senior year with an UW overall GPA of 3.29 and an UW academic GPA of 3.19. None of my grades are lower than a C but would this severe GPA drop get me rescinded from some colleges I might be accepted to such as those in the Cal State and UC system?
Here’s my joke of a report card:
AP Environmental Science - B
AP Macroeconomics - B
AP English Literature & Comp - A
AP Statistics - B
Physics 1-2 - C
Spanish 7-8 - A
Sport - A
Most of the UCs historically were explicit about what your senior year grades and GPA have to be (historically often 3.0 with no D or F grades, though UCSC has sometimes given more vague conditions like maintaining your previous academic performance). Read your admission offer carefully to see what the conditions are.

The UCs and Cal States will tell you exactly what you must get in term of grades, as ucbalumnus stated. The way it normally works is that your GPA must remain above a certain level (for example, a 3.0), and you can’t get any Ds or Fs. This will vary a bit by college, and they will tell you when they admit you.
So the class you really need to work on is physics, so that grade doesn’t go any lower.
