<p>Ummm...do you ever actually write your name for the signiture? On the final print out after I submitted the space for signiture was still blank.</p>
<p>mine too; I think you type your name somewhere though once you submit it (if I'm not mistaken...I sent my app a few hours back and I have a bad memory lol) but don't worry about it</p>
