Silent digital watch

Does anybody know where to find a silent digital watch? There's like nothing on eBay or amazon and it's too late for the Saturday Act anyway with all that shipping time.

Does anyone know how to shut off the beep on a g-shock when you set off the timer?

If noone has a solution I was thinkin g of using an analog watch and just setting the watch to 12:00 every section and just looking at the minute hand to keep track of time

I bought a cheap stopwatch like this one: [Handheld LCD Digital Professional Chronograph Timer Sports Stopwatch Stop Watch | eBay](http://www.ebay.com/itm/Handheld-LCD-Digital-Professional-Chronograph-Timer-Sports-Stopwatch-Stop-Watch-/330781018591?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item4d0415c9df)

Opened it up and snipped the wires going to the speaker.

Note: I haven’t taken an official ACT with it yet but it should comply.

I have one too but on the site it says timers are not allowed :c

anyone else find anything?

If you have virtually any digital watch you can open it up and put a piece of tape (regular scotch) over the battery/sensor. Usually that alone is enough to stop the beeping. It will save you the effort to buy a new watch. Try opening up one of yours and putting some tape over it. Then as soon as youre done with the test you can take it off an have the same old watch.

I used it for SAT and ACT and had no problems. Also, it was a g shock i think.

omg lol my screw driver won’t open up the back of my g-shock!! It’s too big ■■■■■. I don’t even have tape either. Any other solutions anyone?

anybody???

I bought one that beeps from walmart, opened it up, and, with my hands, took out the spring that attaches the battery to the speaker.
The whole thing took no more than 5 minutes. It was quite easy, and I still use the watch today.

We found some at Walmart in the $10-$15 range. Not very stylish, but works great for standarized testing purposes!

I have a digital watch, and it makes beep sound whenever I press a button. It like a timer. How does putting tape over it help prevent the beep sound. Mine is not a one of those that sets alarm off once it reaches 0. Mine starts from 0 and goes on for ever. But in order to start it it makes a sound.

i bought one last week and got it within 2-3 days. it doesn’t make any sound and is easy to program.

where does it say on the website that timers/watches with sound are prohibited? D:
