I was just looking over the Trinity discussion board, reading some posts about "hating it at Trinity"... Drinking scene, small size etc. Being NESCAC schools and both in Connecticut, what are the similarities and differences between the two schools? I haven't read anywhere that a Conn College student "hates" it and wants to transfer.

generally speaking, connecticut college is much more laid back and liberal. there arent any exclusive cliques, as most people are extremely friendly and welcoming. theres not as much pressure to conform- drink if you want to, dont if you dont.
because connecticut college is pretty much isolated from downtown new london, just about every activity and social gathering occurs on campus, which makes people describe conn as 'one big happy family!'
trinity sports teams probably get the edge over conn. its a bit tougher to get into conn.
i dont know, i just found a whole different 'feel' when i looked at both schools.
