Hi y'all I'm planning on taking the ACT soon but, because I am overseas, I can only take it without the writing section for the next available test date.

So my question is, if I'm already sending an SAT score in, do I still have to send a writing score for my ACT? I'm assuming that they take the SAT and ACT writing sections to be equivalent.

Thanks in advance for your time.

If you’re sending in the SAT and 2 SAT Subject tests, that fulfills Ys testing requirement; anything else you want to send is extra and fine.

If you’re just sending the SAT w/o Subject tests and want to mix and match the SAT & ACT sections, then that doesn’t fulfill Ys testing requirements as stated here:

Thank you for your answer, entomom :)
