<p>So I am primarily asking for a friend but am also wondering myself. The question is: Is it easier or harder generally to transfer from a private university to another private university or private to public? This is regarding a transfer post sophomore year.</p>

<p>all things being equal of course, the strength of the program you are enrolled in, whether at a private or public institution, will determine the ease of xfer</p>
