I will be applying for college very shortly. When printing out an application, should I print it on regular copy paper, or should I buy the r

Does anyone have any advice or answers?

Regular paper, one side of page only.

Good luck.

Agreed. regular paper. Probably will be scanned immediately and then shredded.

Thanks for the answers. I do have another question, as well. The application I was concerned about with the paper also allows for you to do a common application. Would this be better or should I just stick with the one the college has posted?

I think it wouldn’t matter. I’d compare the college-specific app and the common app+supplement to see if they offer different essay choices or other differenes and then go with whichever works better for you.

Okay. I’ve compared the application questions. The Common App has a question I like and could do well on that the College’s Own App doesn’t have. Once you start the Common App, are you allowed to come back to it and finish? Or does EVERYTHING have to be right in front of you all at once (along with time and patience) to apply?

I have no idea, but I’m sure you’ll find the answer here [Common Application - College Confidential](http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/common-application/)

You create an account then you can work on it leave and come back as much as you need to. Just remember to save changes ;)
