!. I'll be very curious to hear anything interesting you learn in the class.

I want to add that the people that benefit from affirmative action now are usually first generation or second generation immigrants, from middle class backgrounds.

Ex...haitian guy counts as black, rich pure white spanish girl who once lived in cuba counts as hispanic, and some guy who lives in a mansion also gets preferential treatment? There is no way a non-religiously bent person can say that MIT views each applicant case by case based on their personal experiences and social factors alone, and doesn't go for the whole making their numbers look good game...

Wow! I'm glad we now have an expert on the subject! Finally, we can disprove the words of people who ACTUALLY DO THIS FOR A LIVING.

Arguments from authority usually come when the arguments from reason no longer work. ("Because I'm the mommy.")

Laura, sarcasm is the weapon of the defeated.

snorf And condescension is the weapon of...?

The victorious :D....

Actually it comes free with victory, like fries to a value meal.

And I don't think I was being condescending.

Or mature either.

Hmm, snide remark without backing it up...real mature.

I cannot believe this.

head explodes

you guys........
