Simple Telebears Question!

can you switch a section for a class you added phase I in phase II? In other words, are you free to do whatever to your classes (all of them including waitlisted) during phase II, including switch sections?

pretty much yeah. sections can be a bit riskier/harder to trade and it gets kindof confusing cause often there’s more lecture space than sections. but try it out it should work

The only restrictions put on you by the phases are:

From when phase I starts until your appointment, you can’t register for any classes.

During your appointment and in open hours afterwards until the beginning of phase II, you can register for a maximum of 10.5 units. If an advisor code is required, that also must be entered.

From the start of phase II until your second appointment, you can’t register for any more classes.

During your appointment and afterwards through the end of phase II you can add more classes and make adjustments but when you have 16 or more units, you cannot add any more classes.

Once phase II ends, you are in the adjustment period and can add additional classes to whatever workload maximum you are permitted by your college. There are timeslots reserved for groups of lastnames, plus open hours.
