<p>i dont wanna apply if chances are really low</p>

<p>i wanna do engineering</p>

<p>Sat I 1300</p>

<p>Sat II IIc 700 Writing 630 Phys 650</p>

<p>Gpa 3.5/4</p>

<p>Toefl : 283</p>

<p>Ec's - research , technical stuff , lotsa other stuff</p>

<p>are u in state? then u might have a chance same as i do, but personally, i try to discourage everyone who is applying to uva... its sad, but i cant help it. worse ur applying to engineering. anyways,i think it all depends on whether ur instate, or out state.</p>

<p>I don't know if I'd call UVa a match/safety. It's very difficult to get in from out of state (and out of country, in your case). If your E.C.'s are outstanding, they'll give you a boost, but U.Va. ranks 20th in PR's "Toughest to Get Into" ranking. The average SAT is 1324.</p>

<p>Out of state you generally need 1450+ and a 3.8+ gpa with ECs.</p>
