<p>Looking at what a lot of people are saying on the UCSD thread for the point assignments, it seems like you have to mention things in your essay for you to be assigned the points.
I live in a single-parent household, but I did not mention this in my essays AT ALL. My parents are divorced, but we still receive child support from my Dad.
I did, however mark the checkbox on the application for family headed by a single parent.
If I didn’t mention this in my essays, will I still receive those points?</p>
<p>With the points, I have 7838; and without, I don’t make the cut lol</p>
