Single room

Approximately what are the chances that you'd get a single if you put it? 90%? 50%? Does it make you a little more likely to end up in a certain dorm, or a little less likely in a different one?

Will your room be adjacent to other singles, or are doubles and singles mixed up?

i’d say you have a good shot if you request it…

please do request a single if you plan on being active…

dickson has the most singles, and you will likely live next to other singles if you are there. in mews/court they have “suites” which are alcoves down the hall where there are two doubles and a single and a bathroom. the boys live on one side of the hall and the girls are on the other side.

And in Dickson, are there boy/girl dorms interspersed all over, or is it by floor, or side of the hall, or what?

boys are girls live on the same floor, but the “wings” of each section are separated

I requested a single room in Balch…apparently there are many singles there if you don’t mind being in an all-female dorm.

If I were female that might be an option.

lol x] My apologies. I was just throwing that out there for any girls reading the thread.

I took a tour today of the different residency halls and was stunned by how small donlon hall rooms were but the rooms in clara dickson were quite nice. Are the rooms in the newer dorms like mews and bauer any bigger and more spacious or just newer looking?
