Single Sitting vs. Superscore

Let's consider a purely hypothetical situation...

Student A gets a perfect 2400 SAT in one sitting.

Student B gets a superscored 2400, but the 800's are on different dates.

Do top tier colleges see a difference between the two students? Will they even know that one was in a single sitting and another was superscored? And if they do know the difference, do they care?

I think they have far better things to do than to think about that, honestly.

Who cares, get the 2400 and then, well then it won't really matter at that point.

Some schools only see the composite score (superscore) because the people at the desks who receive the applications prepare that score for the admissions commitee. Other schools see all of the scores and then just consider the superscore. Either way, it doesn't really matter.
