Singletary Interview??

I applied to UK in mid-October and about two weeks later I received an email notifying me that I had been admitted into the honors program. A couple of weeks after that, my family and I went and toured the school and attended collegians day. I was certain all of this would set me up for a scholarship interview. But now it's mid-December and I have yet to receive the phone call from them. I've read that most people were notified a couple of weeks after their admittance. I'm not sure when the cut off is for notifications, but I'm worried that I didn't make the cut. Is it still possible for me to receive an interview? Or are my chances slim? Any help would be appreciated!

Here's some extra information:
I applied as a chemistry major but then a couple of weeks ago I changed it to human nutrition. About a week after that I received a call from them congratulating me on my acceptance to UK. I felt this was a little late for this call.

According to the website <a href=“Fall 2023 Freshmen | UK Student Financial Aid and Scholarships”>http://www.uky.edu/financialaid/scholarship-incoming-freshmen</a> the deadline for that scholarship is December 1st. You can certainly call them
