<p>i know im qualified for a fee waiver for the SIR fee to Berkeley, but how do obtain it? I already submitted my SIR and the $100. Do they refund me later? Does anyone know how this works?</p>
<p>If you hadn't paid it, the way it works is that they don't waive it away, but take it out of your financial aid later.</p>
